PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE UNTECHED IMMERSION PROGRAMME APPLICATION, WEBSITE, OR RELATED SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unteched Immersion Programme mobile application, website, programme services, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Unteched Pvt. Ltd. (“Unteched”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Unteched reserves the right to update or revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise made available through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.
The information provided during registration may include your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, address, and other information required for the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
You agree to notify Unteched promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if any account information is inaccurate.
You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without authorization.
The Unteched Immersion Programme is provided for legitimate educational, training, programme, communication, and related purposes.
You agree that you will:
1. Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
2. Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or the use of the Services by other users.
4. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, system, or data.
5. Not introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other malicious material.
6. Not use the Services for fraud, abuse, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
7. Not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without written authorization.
8. Not misuse any communication, upload, document, image, or other feature provided through the Services.
All application content, programme materials, text, graphics, logos, designs, software, layouts, videos, documents, trademarks, service marks, and other materials provided by Unteched are owned by or licensed to Unteched Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use such content solely for your permitted use of the Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Unteched content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual property rights from Unteched to you.
The Services may allow you to submit or upload information, photographs, documents, files, comments, feedback, or other content.
You remain responsible for the content you submit or upload and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, threatening, invasive of another person’s privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
You grant Unteched a limited, non-exclusive right to process and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Unteched may remove or restrict content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Services.
Where the Services require payment, applicable fees, charges, and payment terms will be displayed to you before or during the applicable transaction.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment service provider.
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete a transaction.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, conditions, privacy policy, and security requirements.
Unteched does not intend to store complete payment card numbers, CVV numbers, PINs, or banking passwords on its own servers.
Refunds, cancellations, or payment disputes, where applicable, will be handled according to the applicable programme terms, transaction terms, and applicable law.
Certain features may require access to your camera, photos, media, or files.
You may choose whether to grant such permissions through your device. If you deny a required permission, the related feature may not be available.
You are responsible for ensuring that any photograph, document, or other content you upload through the Services may lawfully be shared with Unteched and used for the relevant purpose.
Your use of the Services is also subject to the Unteched Immersion Programme Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, how we protect it, retention practices, and your available privacy rights.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Services may use or provide access to third-party services, APIs, payment providers, websites, applications, libraries, or SDKs.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Unteched is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services that it does not control.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to the terms imposed by that third party.
We aim to keep the Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, network problems, security incidents, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
You must not:
• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or compromise application security.
• Access information or accounts belonging to another user without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Copy or redistribute protected programme content without authorization.
• Upload malicious or harmful files.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users or Unteched representatives.
• Use automated methods to access or interfere with the Services without authorization.
• Use the Services in a way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Unteched does not guarantee that the Services will meet every user’s individual requirements or that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unteched Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unteched’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Unteched for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the applicable period, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unteched Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
1. Your violation of these Terms;
2. Your misuse of the Services;
3. Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
4. Content or information submitted by you that infringes another person’s rights; or
5. Your unauthorized use of another person’s account or information.
This provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or harmful activity, created a security risk, or otherwise misused the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination or suspension does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting Unteched at info@unteched.in.
Account deletion may affect your ability to access programme records, services, transactions, or other account-related features.
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or enforcement of these Terms.
Unteched will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power failures, or other events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Unteched Pvt. Ltd.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permissible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically applicable to a particular Service or programme, constitute the agreement between you and Unteched concerning your use of the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
Unteched may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the application, website, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
