    PROGRAM OVERVIEW

    The Law Department Immersion/Student Mobility Program offers law students a comprehensive global learning experience, focusing on key areas of legal study and practice. Through engaging sessions on Human Rights Law, Comparative Law, Criminal Law & Procedure, International Trade Law, Corporate Law & Governance, and Public International Law, students will gain valuable insights into diverse legal systems. The program includes visits to courts, including an Arbitration Court, and a Law firm, as well as a LIVE Moot Court session. Students will also participate in a Legal Research workshop, explore Legal Ethics & Professional Conduct, and delve into the Law of Evidence. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation to recognize their learning experience.
